Appointment Policy

Please book your appointment directly or through your Aged Care Provider in advance to receive regular your preferred day. Same day appointments may not be available for online booking, please call to enquire on availability or ask for a quote on the online enquiry form.

Please note we do not operate in a clinic setting.  We provide only In-home mobile services.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen, and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you are feeling unwell for any reason, please call our office to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please be aware that cancellations fees policies apply;
Within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment – 100% charge of appointment scheduled

For Monday appointments, we require notice the Wednesday before.  If required notice is not given there will be a charge for 100% of the appointment invoiced to you.

Same day appointments rescheduling/cancellations or missed will be billed the full amount of the appointment.

The Therapist will show up at your house with everything needed for the massage. That includes the Massage table, oils, linens, table warmer and therapeutic rub and ointment.

The therapist requires a space large enough to fit a massage table (approximately six feet long and three feet wide) and be able to move around the table during the massage.

The therapist will arrive few minutes before the appointment time to set up the table and have a chat before the session begins. At anytime, during the massage if the pressure is too much or you require more just mention it to the therapist and they will adjust as best they can to meet your needs.

Massage Therapy can leave you feeling sore afterwards sometimes for a few days. You may also feel sleepy, or energized it depends on the person. However, that is not a bad sign it is a sign of healing and given time and regular massage therapy sessions the symptoms will decrease and you will feel better.

MASSAGEDYNAMICS takes hygiene and safety very seriously for all of their clients.  All of our equipment and tools not limited to but including nail cutters, foot files, nail files, picks and buffers are all either disposable or disinfected by ‘Viraclean’. This product has TGA Approved Hospital Grade Disinfectant that has been proven to kill coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as a wide range of other viruses and bacteria. It is the first Australian-made disinfectant proven to kill COVID-19 and is TGA approved (AUST L 69000).

Also, our foot care treatment is executed in a metal basin to prevent bacteria and fungus.
